Hi! i'm Simran. Here is a poem I wrote about my family! I have known my family for 10 years, With them I never feel alone! It starts with my mom and dad, And sometimes at me they get mad! Often my sister get on my nerves, And she gets angry when I touch belongings of hers, My Dadi and Dadu are really nice, But the only bad thing is that everyday my Dadi makes Dal and Rice!! And lastly, my Bari-ma is 92 years old, But as they say old is gold! 7 people in a house seems packed, But over here positivity has never lacked! By, Simran Sharma 26/10/2022
Hi, Today i'm sharing my research on Abraham Lincoln Abraham Lincoln was born on February 12, 1809, near Hodgenville, Kentucky. He died on April 15 1865 in Washington, D.C. He was the 16th president of the United States, He served as the president from 1861-1865. He preserved the Union during the American Civil War. He issued the Emancipation Proclamation that declared forever free those slaves within the Confederacy in 1863. According to Abraham Lincoln, "Democracy is a government of the people, by the people, and for the people." Here are some facts: -Lincoln's wife came from a wealthy slave-owning family. -He was largely self-educated. -At 6 foot, 4 inches, Abraham Lincoln was the tallest president There is nobody in Abraham's family left as, There were ten known descendants of Abraham Lincoln. The president's branch of the family is believed to have been extinct since its last undisputed descendant, Robert Todd Lincoln Beckwith, died on December 24,
